Schedule at a Glance
The RCA Event in Napa is intended to be an immersive, hands-on event spread across two days. Small, intimate cohorts* for learning will give you the opportunity to see demonstrations close-up, ask questions and build lasting relationships with your group. Each attendee is sure to walk away with new ideas and skills learned from hands-on experiences with instructors and peers – all while earning 18 continuing education credits for certification. The schedule features:
Demonstration Experiences offer small cohort rotations across six Copia Hestan Kitchens for on-trend culinary immersions, discussions and hands-on skills training.
Innovation Lectures will feature recognized culinary innovation experts offering presentations on trends, practices and applications.
Lunches will be provided each day in between your sessions.
A Cocktail Reception will serve as a centralized networking event to meet and greet other participants, with an educational component as well.
*Cohorts will be assigned by RCA. You receive your specific rotational schedule upon arrival. One rotation per cohort will be a break.
